Ngamba Island

The sanctuary is managed by the Chimpanzee Sanctuary & Conservation Trust. Visitors can take boat rides from Entebbe Zoo to Ngamba island to spend a fun filled day feeding and view chimpanzees from a fence. guides offer nature walks through the forest for birding. most visitors make day trips and excursions but there are accommodations for overnight stay.
There are no beaches but its a secluded island with clear views of the Lake Victoria. Boat rides from entebbe zoo take 1 hour but a speeding takes 45 minutes. you may even get to swim at the equator.

Sesse islands are a group of 84 islands scattered in the southwestern shores of Lake Victoria. the biggest island Buggala offers white sand beaches for tourists to relax and enjoy a cool atmosphere. It is accessible by a ferry from Nakiwogo landing site in Entebbe.
